This is arguably the most dramatic scene from John Woo's magnum opus: Sad Blaster, known in Hong Kong as "那是悲傷的衝擊波" (literally translated: The Blaster That Was Sad). Scotch "Tape" Shung (Chow Yun-Fat), once a mild-mannered restaurant owner, becomes a vigilante known as the Hong Kong Blaster to defend the honor of his rice from white gangsters who speak English very poorly and are played by Australians. What once was a heroic tale soon becomes a tale of vengeance as Tape's partner Alan "Rickman" Cheung, known as Little Blastard, is killed in the crossfire of a botched Triad deal gone wrong. Tape will forever mourn the death of the only friend he had left as he walks down the eternal road of the Sad Blaster.
