Gosh, this song and video really freaks me out. The song is also similarly bloody difficult.

If you're struggling with the part at 2:40, here's something interesting I learnt while playing on the easier difficulties for perfects: it isn't actually in a different BPM. It's the same as the rest of the song, but now with a triplet feel, for lack of a better phrase. The notes in that part are akin to a displaced swing (that my hands just can't keep up with).
