My iPhone stopped working on Safari shortly after being setup. At that time my iPad did the same.

Everything else worked. Chrome, YouTube etc was fine. Other networks and mobile data were also OK

I tried all of the tips on the forums. This was the only thing that worked for me.

Turning off Private relay
