Safety Disabled. Combat Mode Engage! | Ultimate Mortal Kombat Deception - Cyrax Arcade Gameplay
14After almost two months without any UMKD content, and having spent the past week trying to figure out how to install the newest update, Version 7 has finally arrived for Ultimate Mortal Kombat Deception! This time, Version 7 adds the last three characters for now: Cyrax, Reiko and Tremor. Through the next couple of days, I'll be showing these three new characters off along with some additional tid-bits in this one. So, let's start off with Cyrax himself!
About Cyrax (A little long text incoming): Honestly, since I haven't played Cyrax in Deadly Alliance, I was not sure about how his play-style works because One: I haven't used him before in Deadly Alliance, and Two: I didn't use his Sambo fighting style. When I finally got a chance to play as Cyrax in the game, not Deadly Alliance, mind you (Because, I was a little blown away at how good he looks and feels. While he does share the same style as Sektor (Being Ninjitsu), his Sambo actually works a lot better in UMKD compared to Deadly Alliance. Not only that, but also, his Slice and Dice is also a good move to use in case of emergencies (Which I have a habit of using in this video hehe. Oops, sorry). The one downside I can say about Cyrax is that he's a bit slower than Sektor recovery wise, but aside from that, he's really good.
Yet again, I lose against Noob-Smoke because of course, I lost against them. However, this time, I didn't choke against Onaga (I'm like, how the fuck did I do that?). Looks like the Sambo worked like a charm.
I would also like to give a shout-out to ‪@ermaccer‬ for making this wonderful mod. Version 7 is shaping up to be one of his best ones yet for UMKD so thanks to Ermaccer for creating this mod in the first place! I know I've already gave him a shout-out before, but it's thanks to him that gave us a definitive version of the game.
