5,511With the 2023 Sag-Aftra Strike, there's been a lot of questions about the rules for actors, its impact on Hollywood, and now ts impact on influencers, so here's everything you need to know regarding content creators. Admittedly, a lot was confusing at first, however, did a deep dive research and breakdown regarding the Strike Notice To Members, the FAQ for Influencers, & recent variety piece giving sound news & updates to unpack exactly what "covered services" and "covered work" meant, if content creators can produce a movie review for films such as Oppenheimer and Barbie if movie & trailer reactions are okay as well as attending press screenings. As the Sag-Aftra strike handles what it needs to with negotiations for their actors, streaming, & Hollywood in general, I thought it was important to find out what it was influencers such as ourselves in this movie space can & can't do.
