The Sailor Scouts themselves are without a doubt iconic, but how about the villains?
This simple black crescent moon pendant is inspired by Chibiusa's stylish villain alter ego- Black Lady!
I added small simplified representations of her diamond choker and wine-colored ribbony shawl for extra detail...☾
