It's always nice when developers decide a native Linux version of their game. Sadly, the quality of Linux builds isn't always very high.
Saints Row: The Third is an example of a game with a poorly optimized Linux build.
You can see some pretty important FPS drops during this video. And there are some occasional crashes too. Not to mention that I only managed to run it on Ubuntu (probably due to some kind of conflict with the libraries).
