Sakura Taisen (Dreamcast) - Chapter 1 (Part 2) (Post-Processing Deflicker Test)
Not sure if I'll keep this video up, as I am doing a test on whether Premiere Pro's Reduce Interlace Flicker effect works on footage captured by an Elgato HD60S Capture Card from a RetroTINK-2X at 720p.
My main motivation to make this is because Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl had deflickering modes that you can turn on or off, mainly due to the standard-definition graphics the GameCube and Wii have.
