Adding widgets on your galaxy note 5 can be done by holding down anywhere on a blank part of the screen. You will then see a few different icons appear at the bottom of the screen. Click widgets and from in here you can start to add any of the widgets. To remove a widget simply hold down and drag to the top of the screen.
