Samsung Galaxy S III was just announced today in London and it is an Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) powered smartphone with a huge 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED display (resembling the flagship Galaxy Nexus Samsung also produced, with curved designs and a slightly larger screen). It has an 8 megapixel rear camera and 1.9 megapixel front facing camera with flash & zero shutter lag, plus it's capable of HD video recording. In the memory department it comes in 16 or 32GB models (64GB available soon) plus you can expand with the microSD slot (up to 64GB).
