Samsung just recently released the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean minor update for the SGS3 for Malaysia (XME) which has the build version of I9300XXUGNA5. The update details says that they "added a new feature" but does not say anything about battery drainage or lockscreen delay bug fixes. But they have managed to fix the RAM management issue from the previous version (I9300XXUGML3).

Notes:
1) For some reason if you cannot update via OTA, please try updating using Kies.
2) Make sure battery is at least 50% before installing.
3) Do not remove the battery/cable while installation is in progress.
