Step 1: Go to Settings → scroll down and tap Accessibility
Step 2: Tap Hearing enhancements → then select Live Transcribe
Step 3: Tap the Settings gear icon in the bottom-right corner of the Live Transcribe screen
Step 4: Scroll down and tap Type responses aloud
Step 5: Tap Text-to-speech settings
