Let me say that I'm aware there's a new Firmware Version 1503 out that I will have to update to and get content out to let you all know if it's safe to do so. From what I can see so far on 1448, the colors are slightly off/different on Firmware 1448 and has a slightly different D65 White Point, but it's not very noticeable unless one does a side-by-side comparison. Firmware 1448 either did not change my previous calibration (as I forgot to reset everything prior to updating to 1448), or it's even more accurate than Firmware 1430. I will say it's safe to update to, and you will essentially only loose Game HDR brightness (that can be restored via the Service Menu). The brightness of HLG Content appears to be better than before. Many did not notice this issue on previous firmware versions, but I have and this is a move in the right direction. Game Mode definitely has lost some brightness, but can be restored via the Service Menu. I have nit window measurements , but I will show them in a future video to come. Speaking of which, there is now a Firmware version 1503 so I'll have to update to that and compare as well.
The camera settings are exactly the same for both.
