San Diego 3 Railers Lionel Southern ES44AC and GoRail SD60E action; July 10th, 2022
11Went down to the San Diego 3-Railers on July 10th, and had a good day operating my usual manifest freight train and my Cab Forward. I never thought I would operate my 2 Lionel NS engines together, as the last time I tested them together they weren’t that well speed matched. But it seems that after about 2.5 years of running, my Lionel SD60E is run in to the point it’s almost perfectly speed matched to my Southern ES44AC. So I can finally run them together after all these years. The whole train ran perfectly throughout the whole day, no issues with it at all.
