5The Sancoale Panchayat has adopted a resolution to seek technical opinion from the Chief Town planner, TCP department and MPDA on the construction licence which was issued to Bhutani Infra. Sancoale Village Panchayat Secretary Orville Vales wrote a letter to the TCP with a copy marked to MormugaoPDA .
