Game Dev Tycoon!

Starting off in your parents garage (or maybe his own...) you start producing your first games. The game starts the timeline in the 1980's at the beginning of the gaming world. It does a good job of mock game developers that present you with consoles that seem very familiar.

I'm personally into management sims, so this game does a decent job of it. It's more of a "mobile" style game, as the concepts are pretty simple and it's actually available on phone app stores.

I give this game a 6/10 for me as it does have enough entertainment to keep you going and wanting to produce games, but the only thing that wasn't really explained or didn't really make sense to me, are the sliders for each thing to work on during the development phase. It really seemed to not make sense whether you slide all of them to 100% or all to 0% or really skew them to make it fun.

Outside of this, I would recommend it to anyone that likes management sims and wants to try their take on video game making.
