25Get asked how I do this a lot; figured I'd do one with an input overlay. Works well for labs and power. It abuses the fact that max power pole length is shorter than the distance between poles, so you can hold left click the entire time. This way you can focus more on the rhythm and just have to pulse between two hotkeys.
It’s not necessary to use a mouse key for this, but it does help to use different fingers for inserters and poles. For instance I only use tab for poles in this specific placement.
