4We continue our journey through Mousewood, gathering dewdrops and exploring new areas. Along the way, we meet Spitzvak, an adventurous squirrel waiting for his boat, and a cannon-wielding guard protecting the town from crows.
At the Cold Water Brook Bridge, we encounter Humbert, a demanding toll collector, but manage to strike a sweet deal to pass. As we venture into the fields, we come across a terrifying sight—Ursula, the little owl, is under attack by a crow! With some quick thinking and creative use of items, we manage to scare off the bird and rescue her. In gratitude, Ursula joins us, and we receive an intriguing flyer about a violin teacher in Mousewood.
