The Vectrex is another 2nd generation video game console that fell victim to the industry crash of the 1980s. Unique in its design, the console came complete with its own monitor and it used monochrome vector graphics. Despite its lack of color, the Vectrex displayed some of the most advanced graphics for its time, and really brought home an arcade experience.
