Cave Story is one of those games that shatters comprehension of awesomeness, and its soundtrack does that right alongside the game. This song, the absolute highlight of the entire soundtrack, is the greatest friggin' thing i've ever heard. It fits the Egg Corridor SO perfectly, as well as fitting the Doctor's evil ambitions.
