Sci-Fi Tactical Roguelike Time! In The Void! – Quasimorphosis – #03
5Quasimorphosis is an Indie, Turn-Based Tactical, Traditional Roguelike set in a dystopian Sci-fi world, where you are a PMC operator sent in to clear up another corporate cluster truck. Such is life in the grim dark future of the 2X century!
Anyway, Quasimorphosis has a lot of depth, with Procedural Generation of the dungeon / space station, and fitting, retro Pixel Graphics bringing the game to life.
Plus, each core part of your operator can be injured, and requires treatment, think Metal Gear Solid 3, where Snake has to treat bullet wounds, snake bites, and more, but this time, the injuries have real punch! Awesome!
Infection is a serious concern, and bandages and splints help seal gaping wounds and stabilize injured limbs. Hunger is also a concern, as is tracking down enough ammo to keep your guns fed too!
And the monsters mutate as time passes, leading even more cost to every action, as you clear each corridor and room, hunting for ammo, food, meds, and gear, all while trying to avoid taking a hit, as hits can really hurt, and further tear into your supplies. Be careful Operator!
