I have been kicking around an idea for my campaign that i would like some advice on. It's generally been a typical game, serious moments, frivolous moments, etc. I wanted to try something really silly and send the players on a Scooby Doo mystery. I want there to be a fake monster of some kind that they need to track down and reveal is just some guy. I'm thinking an illusionist of some sort protecting the secret passage to some treasure, something like the remains of an old dragon's hoard or some artifact that is blocked by some trap or lock. Other than that i have no real plans, but would like to hear your thoughts on this. You all are very entertaining and have great ideas and advice. Thank you for your time.
