These funny moments were taken from a Twitch livestream that took place in June 2018 (oops a bit old). As a result a lot of gameplay elements have changed by now just so you are aware. That being said the game was still super fun and hopefully I'll play it again on stream sometime soon to check out all of the new updates!
For those of you are unfamiliar with this game SCP: Secret Laboratory (SCP: SL) is a free-to-play multiplayer horror game based on the SCP Foundation series. The primary objective of the SCP Foundation is to safeguard the world from any and all entities, objects, or phenomena that are deemed potential threats to humanity. Recently, however, Chaos Insurgency forces have begun acting against the Foundation in pursuit of a future where humanity reigns supreme.
In this game there are numerous faction:
D-Class Personal, also known as D-Boys, are inmates kept within the Foundation sites as lab rats. Their goal is to escape their confines and rebel against their imprisoners.
The Foundations Scientists are researcher, engineers, and divisions specialists that work at the facility. They must work with the MTF in order to successfully be extracted from the lab. They must use key cards to aid in their escape and they have to hope the MTF can find them in time. They have to be weary of the D-Class Personal as they may attempt to kill the scientists on the way out.
The Nine-Tailed Fox Units, also known as the NTF, are the first responders to the emergency. Their mission is to safe the Foundation personnel and eliminate/re-contain any SCPs that have escaped.
The Foundation Security are on-site personnel that are charged with evacuating the scientists and killing any D-Class Personal that have escaped. Another goal they have is to re-contain any escaped SCP, and hopefully restore normalcy to the secret laboratory.
The Chaos Insurgency are strong military power that used to work with the Foundation. Their primary objective is to purge the facility of all Foundation personnel and seize any "assets" that could benefit the Delta Command, the elusive group that oversees the Chaos Insurgency.
The SCP Entities are typically hostile and sentient creatures and are of an anomalous nature. Each SCP is extremely different from one another, and each have their own strengths and weaknesses. The SCP are against everyone. They serve only themselves and their goal is to be free from the secret laboratory.
There are numerous playable SCP that can terrorize the facility. They are as follows:
SCP-049: A plague doctor with the sole intent of "curing" those ridden with the "pestilence". Contact with 049 results in death, but only momentarily. This SCP then has the ability to resurrect players they have killed which turns them into a zombie like minion.
SCP-096: A slender and frail-looking humanoid that intentionally hides it's face. If you even briefly look at it's face it will induce an unstoppable rage within the SCP. If this is the case it will run around with immense strength and it will become incredibly fast. Running is futile, the only way to live is to not look at it.
SCP-106: A tall shadowy figure that is incredibly dangerous. If it even touches you it can either kill you or send you to the pocket dimension, a small room with many hallways. All but one hallway will kill you, so you better hope you're lucky.
SCP-173: It appears to be a concrete sculpture, but it is much more dangerous than that. It cannot move while being looked at, but if you look away for even just a second it can move at lightning pace. Looking away means almost certain death, so never stop staring.
One other element that is worth mentioning is that there is a Nuke that can be activated that will blow up and kill everyone left in the facility, whether they are human or SCP. It's a last resort, but if it means success it's worth using.
The only way to win is to escape or kill your foes. Will the SCP kills the humans and win? Will the scientists escape with the help of the NTF? Will the Chaos Insurgency manage to eliminate all of the scientists? Can the D-Boys find the exit and escape unharmed? Find out as you enter the Foundation, a place where few return from...
