Basics of Sign Making:
1) Find the tga file: obj_decor_sign01_dif.tga most likely located at:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Scrap Mechanic\Data\Objects\Textures\decor
2) Copy it so you have a backup.
3) Open the tga file in photo software, such as Photoshop or GIMP.
4) Make changes, such as pasting your own pictures over the Scrap Mechanic signs.
5) Save the file as type tga.
6) Restart the Scrap Mechanic program.
