[SCRAPPED] Work in progress Mini Mario Tool Assisted Speedrun
8What a sudden change to see this game after having some Mega Man as my previous one, huh?
Anyway, let me tell you that I'm the type of guy who grew up playing the Mini Mario games on the DS and 3DS, and I honestly adored them. Today, I thought to myself "What if I make a speedrun or TAS out of them?", so here we are :)
There's a catch, tough : For all of the mainline Mini Mario games, I will be purposefully avoiding as many coins and other collectibles that gives you points as possible, starting with Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2 : March of the Minis!
Strangely enough, this game, who introduced us to the Mini Mario puzzle formula, *doesn't require you to collect everything in order to get a gold star,* so expect the game to give you the highest ranking most of the time. This will immediately no longer be the case once I reach Mini's March Again.
