Now - I forgot to add a note to the video itself so I'll do it here: When I say something along the lines of "PS1 and PS2 games never fill the whole screen" - this is even more true with LCD panels, PAL games have even moar black bars with those and I've seen complaints about that, but that's due to design, it's not supposed to fill it all - also, European Sly Raccoon 3 on PS2 is the only exception to this rule that I've ever seen, that game can fill even an LCD screen completely. I've seen this on a friend's house. I remember thinking "what an odd PS2 game".
