Как пофиксить проблему с тем, что игра не разворачивается при смене настроек графики.
Идём в C:\Users\(имя пользователя)\AppData\Local\SCUM\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor Открывем файл GameUserSettings.ini Ищем параметр FullscreenMode=0 Меняем 0 на 1 Если же у вас в файле нет такого параметра, добавляем сами FullscreenMode=1
