This is the first secret map in Scythe II. It's really fun, and you have to be very lucky to hit these guys. They replace the enemies from other Doom games called "Nazis", I've read somewhere else that they're simply called "Evil Marines". Anyway, these guys RUN around very very fast and always shoot 3 plasma balls at you, that's all but that's enough to kill you quickly.
I don't know how to get to this stage, I just discovered it with the cheat "idclev 31".
