Its reaaaaaaly simple. This can be done efficiently with 2 battleships.

Here are the steps.
1) start the Stage A1 (Departure of the Trojan horse)
2) have both battleships destroy the Zaku's infront of them
3) send a unit to take care of Char

that's it. Since Both battleships and the unit got 1 kill and by destroying char with another unit except the npc Amuro. The stage doesn't progress and its cleared. As Shown this took less then 2 minutes ( if you're lucky and your battleships can hit stuff)

This way up to 13 pilots earn 50 ace points so if the battleship crew is replaced by the mech pilots then they would earn the same amount as well.
