In the 20th Century, a strange new element is discovered. When this particle called an "Astron" links to an individual that person develops a power of some kind. Psychic, Superpowers, ESP, all of it is now possible. While those who can control this power are valuable, these abilities introduce new aspects of law and order. We follow the story of Satoru, an agent who works behind the scenes to protect the world. Now he is called for a long-term mission to infiltrate a prestigious academy for powered youths called Astrals to uncover a lurking secret.
