"Seeking Sparks" Episode #67 of "ANTICIPATION" Series on “Awaiting the Coming of Moshiach”
21Episode Sixty-Seven 'SEEKING SPARKS' further highlights the underlying purpose of Galut (Exile) as a grand engineering project of perfecting our world by retrieving and redeeming the "Divine Sparks" embedded into the strata of the existence.
This spiritual repair (referred to in Lurianic literature as Tikkun Olam) represents the "re-engineering of the spiritual reality" that undergirds the very physics of existence. Thus, it will ultimately serve to bring about the perfected new and improved world of Geula to be ushered by Moshiach.
While many pious people naturally choose to view this in overarching or global terms, relegating it to a broad-based national endeavour, the Rebbe argued otherwise.
In this new Episode we will discover his inspired teachings about the obligation to adopt and make this personal. The Rebbe clearly demonstrates why everyone must integrate this approach into our individual spiritual path of Avodat Hashem (divine service). To do otherwise is simply erroneous, deficient, and self-defeating in nature.
Just as retrieval of proverbial lost spiritual photons at the time of the Exodus, was required from everyone involved, so too regarding the race towards the messianic magic moment of universal redemption.
