It is essentially a device that you plug into your Dreamcast in order to get a really crisp, clean, and vibrant picture signal from the console. In this video, I will be showing you how to set it up, how to make non VGA games be force booted into VGA mode, and a comparison of the VGA picture signal versus composite.
