For kicks and giggles I figured I'd take a stab at this. I think it turned out pretty good considering the high frame rate. Specs are as follows:

320x184
30fps
24-bit RGB
16-bit Mono 22050Hz Audio.

Ignore the audio hiccup between the two clips, it's because I was sloppy with my editing of the original files. Source for video is the Dreamcast version, source for audio is the PC version.
