Toshihiro Nagoshi will take on a new role within Sega. As of April 1, 2021, he will serve as the company’s creative director. Nagoshi is one of the leading creative forces behind the Yakuza series. He has also had a hand in Shenmue, Virtua Fighter, Daytona Racing, and Super Monkey Ball. Most recently, he was an executive director on the latest mainline entry in the series.
