G - The Launcher button seems to have unbreakable stun, meaning you can spam it until the opponent dies

O - Compared to the sequel, all of the Virtua Fighter characters here seem to use sprites from the Genesis version of VF2 instead of Chuchoryu's sprites

o - The VF chars all seem to take audio from older Virtua Fighter games (Not sure which ones though, I haven't played Virtua Fighter before)

O - All the boss characters are perfectly playable, you just need to add them to the roster through select.def

O - I think Ngam-Chit (The final boss) is an oc that combines Capcom's M. Bison, and possible some obscure Sega character I don't know the name of

O - Ngam-Chit's clone was most likely created due to MUGEN not being capable to do Simul vs Single matches (A boss from the sequel does the same thing iirc)

O - Ngam-Chit's great theme comes from this vid:    • CPS2 Originals-Nilin

O - There are no endings besides the You're Winner screen

/GAMEPLAY\
It's mainly MVC styled gameplay, but a bit jankier with the launchers. It's also 4 buttons, with one dedicated to launchers, and the rest dedicated to weak, medium, and strong attacks.

[Trish]
The GOAT carrying my team for most of this playthrough, she is very op in this game for a multitude of reasons.

1. Her strong air attack has a gigantic hitbox and can be spammed multiple times from a jump

2. Her gun special gives enough meter to do her overpowered Lvl. 1 super, which can also combo into her gun special

3. Her projectile's are incredibly good with zoning, and she also has a busted move where you can set multiple projectiles onto the ground.

[Shadow]
He's trash. I only put him on the team because his supers were pretty good, especially the chaos control. He has awful normals with little to no range, and pretty mediocre specials. He also uses MugenHunter's uglyass sprites. So I don't use big forehead Shadow much during this playthrough compared to Trish

Review
"Well I'm going to remake this game using ikemen so for now yeah... not really happy with this one, I would recommend trying the second game until I start remaking this one." - Nexus Gaming

This one is ROUGH. Clashing sprites, infinites, busted launcher mechanic, op bosses galore. While I do enjoy the variety of characters on the roster, some feel low quality compared to others, the booty ass sprited VF chars as an example. Certain supers are overpowered and do like 50% of your health, some of them can loop back into combos and into the same super (For example, Trish lvl 1 can loop into her gun special, which also gives power back to Trish, allowing her to spam it until the opponent dies.)

Overall this game is fine, but definitely could've been better. Thankfully, it will receive an remake in the future.

Will do a playthrough of the sequel on sunday.

Fun fact: This is the first ACTUAL video I recorded on my new, superior gaming laptop (Not counting the shitpost Roblox April fools video)
