SEKIRO on PS5 My first time playing part 1
I can't believe I was so on the fence about this great game, what a NOOB! lol
I very much love this game so far. I heard how hard people found the game, including SoulBorne veterans & that was what kind of pushed me away from it.
One of my favorite SoulsBorne content creators, @VaatiVidya finally convinced me to get interested in the game through his videos. I mean the dude has a voice made of silk, he can convince you to like anything. As well as a few of my Twitter friends convinced me to give it a chance.
So...
I originally started the video with the full acknowledgement that I would not be good at all & die over & over to the most basic enemies, as one does in the SoulsVerse, we all start as NOOBS getting POWNED but I did surprisingly well & I had a lot of fun.
I even tried talking in the voice of our protagonist, WOLF, which was fun but exhausting on the vocal cords lol.
I find the game to be as inviting as CODE VEIN since it does not throw us right into the deep end.
There is even a battle tutorial, that you will see in part 2 of the video, where you have an NPC that you can train with to get accustomed to the gameplay.
That is a very welcomed addition that was lacking in ALL SoulsBorne games.
After this, I am looking forward more & more to the most hyped ELDEN RING, because @FROMSOFTWARE can only get better & better & I feel it will have something for both SoulsBorne veterans & newer Unkindled & Younger Hunters.
So with the game played, I think the only Souls game I have not played is Dark Souls 1. Maybe one day.
