Xbox Series X renders at a native resolution of 3200x1800.
PS5 seems to be using a form of Checkerboard Rendering to render at a resolution of 3200x1800.
Xbox Series S renders at a native resolution of 1600x900.
Xbox Series X has improved shadow quality compared to PS5 and shadow quality on Series S is lower than PS5 and Series X https://bit.ly/3Ax9M3m
The Xbox Series consoles have received improved texture filtering via running under backwards compatibility.
