Select Game 401: Plus! [choppy audio for first few minutes]
Some podcasts should be heard and not seen, but now Select Game offers you the chance to do both! Although due to a mic issue (not sure if it's hardware or software yet), "heard" might be a bit of an oversell - I sound a bit Dalek-ish for the first 18 minutes (!!). My apologies.
In this edition, does Plus mean better? We play the graphics-enhanced G7400+ versions of Pick Axe Pete, Cosmic Conflict, and Attack of the Ti...er, Terrahawks, as well as Flashpoint again so you can see it this time and because, darn it, it's just so much fun!
If I work out my technical issues and the opportunity to re-record at least the affected portions of the show presents itself, I will attempt it.
Select Game ( http://www.thelogbook.com/selectgame/ ) is the only podcast on the entire internet with sync-sound action! Select Game traces the story of the Magnavox Odyssey2 video game console (and its European siblings, the Videopac and Jopac), a game at a time. Check out the previous audio-only episodes on iTunes or Stitcher.
