Albrecht Lindner is a PhD student in the School of Computer and Communication Sciences at EPFL (Switzerland) under the supervision of Prof. Sabine S�sstrunk. He works on large-scale statistical methods for semantic image understanding and enhancement and is sponsored by Oc�/Canon. In 2008, Albrecht obtained his MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart (Germany) and T�l�com Paristech (France).
