Sengoku Dynasty - Part 15 - Preparing A New Bridge & Some Game Hints & Tips For You . . .
. . . As with the bridge needing to be repaired at your own village - any new rebuilding work also requires the same special construction building built to allow you to do this . . .
Other Hints & Tips . . .
1) - You can Loot anything that you see/find in any storage option anywhere - food, tools, etc . . .
2) - I don't think if you gather all of the eggs from a nest - they will re-appear again afterwards? Maybe you need to leave 1-2 in it - I don't know yet, as I still keep forgetting to leave any in one right now . . . !
3) - It's always better to have at least one spare tool on you for when the one you are using disappears - that way it will go into your using slot automatically . . . The same could be said for spears as well . . .
4) - Since the games big update - you can finally put markers for where you want to travel to - and the Fast Travel helps you move from one village bell to another easily . . .
5) - At the present time, only the "wooden" Yari can be thrown at animals and bandits - when you get better ones with the iron heads, sadly you cannot throw these. Which is a shame, as they offer more damage potential naturally with the metal tip . . . (It would also be nice to see tools and weapons being allowed to stack into 5's or whatever - just to save them taking up a lot of storage space on you . . .
6) - I'm also hoping that in the future they will also stack logs into 5's or 10's - as the amount of room they take up singularly in wood storage, and on yourself is huge . . .
7) - Still wondering how to get water from the well? Well, you need the crafting bench placed inside the woodcutters to be able to make buckets for that. Just be aware that right now 1 bucket can only be used once then vanishes - so it's always best to have a spare 10-20 in your general storage . . .
8) - Hunting . . . the newer Half-Bow is good for 1-shotting Hares for meat, fur, & fat. For Foxes 2+, for Boars, at least 3 will be needed. (The Boars will come at you - so just make sure to keep backing-off as you shoot - or swap to iron spear and do the same . . . As for Deer - well, arrows are weak, so only if you can hit one with a wooden Yari to injure it first is when you may be able to run it down to finish it off. 1 arrow hit and it will be off and running hard and you've just wasted an arrow . . . (I haven't seen any bears yet) - but I'm hoping that when knowing steel at some time - the damage from both arrows and spears will be a lot higher to 1-shot more animals with that.
9) - Remember to have spare houses built ready for your new villagers for whenever you recruit them (you only start with 2 possible villagers) - until seeing the Abbot, and then you can recruit refugees as new villagers - and don't forget to each of give them jobs to do - along with whatever tools they may need to do that task . . .
10) - As you go along you will likely pick up various clothing, hats, gloves, and possibly even footwear . . . All of these can actually be traded with to any trader if they can afford to buy them - which will also raise your own cash funds . . . When you get the Tailor Building - then you can even make things to sell off too . . . Just remember to make things for your villagers to wear and use as well - and don't sell those unless you want to . . .
That's my tips for now - if you want to know anything else that I can help you with - then if I've done it myself I will be able to answer your questions . . .
If you are enjoying any of my videos - then please remember to Like, Comment, Subscribe - if you wish or want to see more of these, and also share if you enjoyed it, just to help out the algorithm on my still very very small and pitiful YT channel . . . Thanks . . . As even little channels need some love too . . .
