Serbia Strong Full Version (AI Upscaled to 4K + 50FPS, READ DESCRIPTION)
203Since I've had quite a lot of requests for this, I finally decided to give it a try. Upscaled from 240p to 2160p using Topaz Video Enhance AI using the Proteus model, then interpolated to 50 FPS using Flowframes via the RIFE model. Only 50 fps as the original video was at 12.5 fps, and the frame interpolation works better with even multiples (12.5 x 4 = 50).
The main problem is that it's very hard to find good quality versions of the original video to try to upscale. From what I can find, the best quality version has the email address of the uploader over the middle of the video which is why most of the reuploads have a weird artifact in the middle which is a result of trying to remove it.

Obviously it still doesnt look particularly good, especially the faces which have a tendency to get turned into strange demonic entities when there's not enough information for the AI to upscale well.
Some sections definitely worked better than others. I'm particularly happy with how the scene at 0:45 turned out.
