Serious Sam: The First Encounter or Serious Sam Classic: The First Encounter is the first game in the Serious Sam series, telling about the beginning of Sam Stone's campaign against the Mental and his adventures in Egypt.
Plot
In the near future, the Earth was attacked by alien monsters that destroyed everything in their path. At their head was the Mental - the main villain of the game. The earth was mercilessly bombed, poor people were destroyed. But the Earth was defended by a hero - Sam Stone, nicknamed "Serious" ("Cool" in Russian translation).
Scientists have made a real discovery. It turns out that there were other inhabitants on Earth before humans: they were aliens. They left a lot of monuments and artifacts on the planet, which we took for the creations of our ancestors. And one of the artifacts was the Key to Eternity, capable of taking one person into the past. Serious Sam was chosen by this person. With the help of the Key of Eternity, he got to Egypt, in the time of Queen Hatshepsut. From there, he begins his journey for the Mental.
There will be a lot of enemies and traps on his way. He will have to clear more than one ancient Egyptian city from foreigners. Sam finds out where the Nile originates and why the Great Pyramid of Giza was built. All this will be accompanied by exciting and sometimes pleasant music, which is accelerated or amplified, depending on current events.

A biomechanoid (large) (SS1) is much more serious than a small mechanoid. Shoots missiles and can kill Sam with two or three hits. Killed by 4-5 missiles.
