Serious Sunday: The dawn of Steam Direct - The end of Greenlight, and how this will affect Steam
This week, Luke takes another look at Steam Direct, the system being set in place to replace Greenlight as Steam's de-facto method of indie game developers to get their games onto the premiere platform for PC Gaming. He goes over the major talking points on its features: The price point, and its addition of more focus on the Curator system, and also looks at how the shift to direct marketplace could have a negative effect on the platform's quality levels, and whether that is a risk to the most powerful name in PC gaming.

Serious Sunday is a freeform, sometimes roundtable discussion between the members of Level 0 NPCs, where a specific topic is pre-selected by the group to be explored and discussed at length. Each of the NPCs approach the topic from both the perspective of a seasoned, die-hard gamer, and as creators of games themselves. Part freeform review, part critical analysis, part video game book club, Serious Sunday is where the NPCs take a step back and take a moment to give a serious look at something that is important to the industry, or games in general.
