Noney, at the urging of one of her future underlings, needs to do some negotiation with anopther potential underling to join the cause of the Institute. In a surprising departure from form, our intrepid heroine actually curbs her killer instinct and negotiates her way to victory. Upon returning to the institute, she is asked by Shaun to pre-record an address to the citizens of the commonwealth declaring their intent, and Noney takes a moment to instill the fear of a superheroine with a mean streak into a land that's about to learn the real strength of Noney van Nonerson.

Fallout 4 is the 5th Core title in the Fallout game series, and 8th altogether. Released in 2015 from Bethesda Softworks to rave reviews, it tells the story of Nate or Nora (Renamed at the player's discretion), a (wo)man out of time, who was sent to Vault-Tec Vault 111 on the day of World War 3 and put into cryogenic hibernation, only to be partially awoken later to witness their spouse murdered and child abducted by a strange group of people. The protagonist emerges from the vault, determined to find what happened to their beloved baby Shaun, who they hope is still alive.
