Service Host: Local System is using your internet to download windows update files and also sometimes it update your defender without knowing you, unless you change in your windows update settings from ‘install updates automatically’ to ‘check for updates but let me choose whether to download it or not’.

Also it consumes high CPU due to which battery drains very fast, so its better to disable the following two services which are continously running in background to check updates for your computer.

step:1 Go to task manager then open services tab and go to open services which is at the bottom.

step:2 Stop the above two services and also disable them from their properties.
