• Friendship 10 : Patrol Central Department.
(How you can increase Seth's friendship is by giving him presents that increases friendship via Tactical Terminal -- Wielder -- Presents. Note that you can't give more than 5 presents. Beyond that it won't affect friendship progression. Another way is to bring him when patrolling and battling.
Bringing any wielder to battle increases +1 friendship. Bringing any wielder to daily patrol increases +4 friendship.)

• Friendship 30 : Patrol Central Department and after that patrol Downtown District.
(This means unless you have liberated Downtown District, you can't progress further in Seth's story)

• Friendship 60 : Check PDA. Seth needs your help. Patrol Downtown District.

• Friendship 85 : Patrol Research Institute
(This means you have to liberate Research Institute beforehand)

• Friendship 95 : Patrol Research Institute
(Included in the video)

• Friendship 100 : Patrol Downtown District
(Included in the video)

IMPORTANT NOTE : You see that after I'm done with the final part of Seth's story, there's a specific building I developed in Downtown District. That building is Kabuki-tei. It can increase friendship point for male wielders by +1 when doing daily patrol on that district.

You got +4 from daily patrol and by having Kabuki-tei on a specific district you're doing daily patrol at, it would give 1 more point. So for a single daily patrol you'd get +5 friendship on a district with Kabuki-tei.

You need 30 Tech Point to build it. It's on the "Special" section. You can only build one per district.

Kabuki-tei and Shopping Mall are very crucial to save your time if you're going on conquering wielders.
