See my other videos for some tips, but if you made it to this final stretch you should already know most of that. I beat the Sega Cd one years ago when it came out, so instead of replay that for the video I decided to get a free kill out of it. This is the first 3DO game ive beaten. Ive barely tried the system.
One very useful thing I did in this final stretch was save my energy for the Zergs. The final enemies in the game do 1000 damage per hit and can wipe you out quickly, forcing you to redo the 9 minute section again.
Notice I DO NOT fire my gun for a long stretch in the beginning. Id reccomend doing the same so that you have extra life for the final enemies.
Youll know how long you can go without firing constantly, but the video will make it clear as well. Firing drains your life much quicker.
Ignore the scorpions. You dont need to kill them. Just kill the charging orange enemies, they one hit kill you. You can kill them by keeping your reticle mostly at the center of the screen, sometimes diverging slightly. This works on all of them.
Same thing with the Zercs at the end. Though I reccomend having some health leftover because the aim on the 3DO version is a little loose.
