I was watching LI Joe's stream and when I responded to his claims that Nash could be much worse this Season, he simply told me:

"That character is trash"

I've been getting a lot of responses like this about how Nash is trash and that he's terrible. That he literally can't do anything and just dies. That is neutral game is terrible, his offense is terrible and he doesn't have his legs to run away.

Here's my rebuttal: Git Gud. Nash suffers from a lack of defensive options, but his tools in midrange and on offense are very serviceable. There are a few changes we could all ask for. However Season 3 is around the corner and with it a new meta that promotes a small degree of defensive play with throw loops removed, anti air's buffed and command throws being more risky of a guess, with damage scaling on V-Trigger conversions to boot. Nash may not have good defensive options now, but Season 3 will serve him well for changes.
