Hatson's statement about the buff in regards to the FDV app:

"here's the thing, when S2 was dropping we datamined it and all that, I tested in-game and saw ex moonsault was +7 oH and sonicsol made a whole video about it. TA's github never showed any changed to ex moonsault, not even on hit and capcom never mentioned anything, as usual. They still haven't mentioned a lot of nerfs in S2 that nash got but look forward to hearing about those hidden s2 nash nerfs when s3 drops amirite
In any case, it's a chance they made ex moonsault +2 oB as well when they made it +1 extra on hit too back in S2
but no1 ever know because it wasn't reported anywhere by anyone, except FDV apparently, but still no1 knew it
not even Toolassited's DIFF data knew, and that reads any changes made to the code of the game
consider the fact that TA's Diff showed like half of the changes capcom never mentioned from s2 patch notes
and it becomes very very strange that EX moonsault changes were nowhere to be seen by anything or anyone" -
