Put together a video going over Poison's anti-air tools. Poison will be pretty much be using all of her anti-airs (Cr.MP, L.Shocking Heel, H and EX H.Heart Raid) because some are better for certain situations than others, so it's up to you to memorise the situations...
When it comes to the conversions from the anti-airs, the dmg output is pretty decent...


Cr.MP anti-air:

- 6f startup and 5 frames active
- Poison's go-to normal attack anti-air
- Can lose to jump arc changing moves (however there will times where the Cr.MP can stop a divekick)
- Can lose to empty jumps (more players are starting to do this against Poison)
- Cr.MP is special/VT cancellable. So Poison can get some sort of benefit after anti-airing


L.Shocking Heel:

- 8f startup and 6 frames active
- Slightly more damaging than Cr.MP
- Can stop jump arc changing moves (the slower ones anyway. If you do it too early then it can lose)
- Can get a decent followup with either VT is available
- Dont use this to deal with cross up attempts


H.Heart Raid:

- Poison's most damaging meterless anti-air
- Beats a lot of jumping attacks in the game as well most jump arc changing moves (Poison has to be holding the whip to beat them)
- Can cancel into Love Hurricane(CA)
- Only connects against airborne opponents
- Can not use this on reaction to jump-ins


EX H.Heart Raid:

- Poison's most damaging anti-air (which costs meter)
- Can react to jump ins with this anti-air (as it has 9f startup)
- Pretty decent when it comes to dealing with fast jump arc changing moves
- Can combo from it when either VT is available or when in VT
(have to cancel the first hit of the EX H.Heart Raid for the followups)
- Only connects against airborne opponents
- Cannot get a followup from the 2nd hit of the move (as it causes a knockdown)
